• The first port of call for visitors and staff with information and advice in relation to Publications, Editions, White Cube Exhibitions and Artists.
• Working as part of a coherent and successful team, including the management of staff tasks and time sheets.
• To organise and help in running events within the bookshop and editions department within the wider gallery.
• Liaising with artists and there studios in regards to the planning and fabrication of new works.
• Researching new publications to bring into the gallery to support various departments.
• Budgeting and account tracking with in the retail department. Including gallery and departmental spending associated to publications.
• Advising clients on framing, handling and caring for their editions and publications and offering post sale services.
• Maintenance and running of the various spaces associated with the retail department including Warehouse (internal and external), Storage, Bookshop and Offices.
