• Vanguards Issue 02A biannual magazine about design, brands and products. Brands and products are everywhere. Whether we choose what we buy or buy because we have to, the things we own shape our everyday lives and speak volumes about who we are. Vanguards is concerned with the stories that brands and products tell. We care about people, place and process. And at the moment, we’re concentrating on telling Scotland’s stories. • Sukotora BandanaTo coincide with the release of Vanguards Issue 02, we created a silk bandana with Glasgow School of Art. The piece features an illustration by Felicity Marshall.
• Vanguards x Laurence OdieFor the launch of Vanguards, we collaborted with Shetland based knitwear factory, Laurence Odie, to produce a limited number of wool jumpers. Illustration by Jack Fletcher
• Trusty ToteFor the launch party of Vanguards Issue 02, we made tote bags from woven polypropylene. Designed to last a life time of abuse.
