About me
I’m an independent and versatile individual, seeking a new challenge within the music Industry. After 7 consecutive summers working in Ibiza for various companies, which includes 3 years working all year round for IBZ Entertainment, I am excited to use all knowledge and experience gained to build upon my career in London. Having worked in many key areas of the industry, including promotions, bookings, artist management & events management, I am ready to diversify and take my transferrable skills and focus on festival and events management.

    Sankeys International ToursKey Responsibilities Included: -Booking artists -Handling all logistical elements for event staff and artists from hotels, flights and grounds -Liaising with production key including lighting and audio -Ensuring the brand was correctly portrayed in the chosen territories -Planning the events in various countries such as The Arches, Glasgow.     Snow Dance, AndorraSnow Dance is a one day music event held in the mountains in Andorra for 1000 people. Working with the local council - Grandvalira we took over a snowboarding park in a town called Peretol for a day party.

IMS annually hosts major events globally in Ibiza, Los Angeles, and China.

    Operations Assistant

    IBZ Entertainment offers a multi faceted service that bridges the gap between venue operator and venue filler. During my employment here I was tasked with varied and diverse roles and responsibilities, which covered many aspects of the music industry. Roles included booking talent for brands such as Duke Dumont’s Blasé Boys Club and We Love Sankeys, Artist Liaison for The International Music Summit, Sankeys Ibiza, Eden Ibiza, BOOM Ibiza as well as managing a small selected roster of up and coming artists signed to the agency. Daily duties within this role as Operations Assistant were also varied. Managing numerous different responsibilities meant I had to be highly organised, flexibile to change and self-disciplined. I would often be tasked with time sensitive jobs such as arranging all logistical elements for staff, artists and events, which would inevitably lead to me solving problems which arose with complex routings. Other key responsibilities include; -Market Research -Co-ordinate weekly team meetings, keeping details and setting action points for staff -Liaising with social media teams to create and publish interesting content and posts -Liaising with venues, promotors, agents and managers to agree deals -Updating the company website via Wordpress -Event planning and management -Managing promotion teams -Artist Liaison duties at in house events and external events as freelance -General office responsibilities such as calendar management, multiple email accounts etc

    The role required me to organise a 1000 capacity day time event at the Sunset Snow Park in Peretol, Andorra. Key Responsibilities Included: -Liaising directly with the local council on budgets -Booking talent -Arranging all the necessary travel and logistics for artists & production team -Liaising with staging contractors, audio and lighting production personnel -Recruiting and tasking street promotion staff -Liaising with our graphic designer to devise all artwork linked to the event -Organising and executing all promotional elements linked to the event from posters and flyers to social media and radio -Managing ticket sales
