- Collaborating with independent game developers to create bespoke marketing campaigns both pre and post release, prioritising tasks to tight deadlines

- Providing support to current and prospective university students in person, on the telephone and via email; tailoring my approach to people with diverse needs, backgrounds and attitudes
- Collaborating with the in-house financial advice and disability support services to ensure a high level of service, prioritising tasks as part of a small team to tight service deadlines
- Communicating with academic and administrative systems staff to solve student enrolment issues
- Being responsible for the co-ordination, production and distribution of student ID cards
- Using the SITS database system to log applications via UCAS Clearing
- Experience of providing sighted assistance for partially-sighted Manger of Disability Services (dictation, writing emails, general administrative duties)
- Training new staff on a wide range of internal systems, software and service approaches
- Assisting students with Tier 4 visa registration, using Virtual Learning Environments (such as Moodle)
- Providing bespoke course selection advise to new and current students in-line with institutional recruitment and retention objectives
