At Luxe PR I have been handling the PR for several restaurants and hotels in London including Royal Lancaster London, K West Hotel & Spa, The Arch London, the Royal China Restaurants, Bang Bang Oriental and Golden Dragon.
Responsibilities/Achievements:
• Creating Copy and engaging press releases to maximise online and print coverage
• Meeting with journalists and maintaining good relationships/contacts
• Leading monthly client meetings and writing monthly update reports
• Responsible for overseeing all of the company’s clients
• Doubled Royal Lancaster London’s coverage within one month of taking them on
• Launched annual summer campaigns for K West’s Snow Paradise. Coverage appeared in The Metro, Evening Standard, The Resident and The Handbook.
• Organising press events including the re-opening of Royal China Club, press tours, food and beverage masterclasses
• Developed strategy for Royal China and Bang Bang Oriental’s Chinese New Year promotions
• Partnered with Marie Claire to run a competition with Royal Lancaster London resulting in over 20K entries
• Secured coverage in publications such as Forbes, The Daily Telegraph, The Sun, The Caterer, Condé Nast Traveller and Time Out

I interned at talkRadio for two weeks in December 2017. I pitched ideas for stories, booked guests and wrote news scripts. I also worked closely with the presenters including Jamie East, Penny Smith, Sam Delaney and Saira Khan.
