I graduated from University in 2015 with a First Class Honours in Media Communications and Culture. I have since been gaining marketing experience within the music industry. I have worked for 3 record labels and one major online record store.

  Forgot RecordsForgot Records is a Record label founded by myself and friends in November 2016. The label is primarily but not restricted to electronic music with our first release scheduled for early to mid 2017 digitally and on vinyl.

Duties involved; • Assisting with UK Promotions • Physical orders • Distribution This short but valuable experience allowed me to learn how larger labels are run and importantly how they operate as a distributor whilst gaining an insight into their UK Promotions and PR.

Duties include; • Managing social media outlets and utilising them for research and promotion. • Assisting with marketing campaigns and promoting Wah Wah 45s artists, events, releases and press. • Management of the labels MCPS royalty payments. • Other responsibility’s include, e-mail and admin assistance, event support and the management of physical orders. The opportunity to work at Wah Wah 45s has allowed me to gain more of an insight into the industry and experience all aspects of how an independent label is run.
