Dootrix a Microsoft partner needed a Head of Design to hire, manage, scale and set up design operations within their business. The role required for a fully functional team to be delivering design as good as their high quality code within the first 6 months. The design team was established and not only supported the development team but excelled, it enabled the business to offer bespoke design and design thinking as an additional revenue stream.
