Informed customers of prices, details of products and their ingredients, and reward cards available. 7. Memorised a plethora of different beauty products from skincare, to hair care, to bodycare, to fragrances, to make-up. 8. Memoried the various fairtrade communities the company invests in and obtains their natural ingredients from based on different products. 9. Greeted customers upon arrival to the store, asking open-ended questions regarding their visit and offering help.
