About me
A creative brand strategist, I have a passion for equality and social justice. I am currently Head of Brand and Customer Communications for the UK’s 6th largest Building Society, part of the Senior Leadership Team, and a Board Trustee for a UK charity. Most of my career has been spent working within creative agencies here in the UK, and overseas in Australia, where I have collaborated with research and insight teams, inspiring the creative teams to develop engaging campaigns that deliver results. As the 'client', I have spent the last 5 years managing brand, media, event and creative agencies covering the full range of services - I am able to engender a partnership way of working, whilst also being able to challenge effectively as required. Diversity and Inclusion are hugely important to me, which is why I drove the set-up of both an ethnicity network, and an LGBTQ+ network at my current organisation. I am also deeply interested in other cultures and life stories, and as such have travelled extensively, living and working overseas for several years.

    Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, I am responsible for driving the Principality Building Society (PBS) brand, and the creation and delivery of all Customer and B2B communications and campaigns. This includes CSR, ESG, Customer Engagement and strategic Partnership activations. I also own the strategic direction and management of our partnership with the Welsh Rugby Union, specifically our naming rights to Principality Stadium.
