I'm Jan, the founder of Conscious Coaxing; a training and development company. We've delivered hundreds of hours of training to individual and organisational clients, including Olympians, Coca-Cola, Samsung, Unilever and WPP; training that has delivered over £100m in addition revenue. We develop personal power to nurture meaningful relationships that have a positive impact, in the professional and personal lives of those we train. Our goal is to unlock everyone's ability and authority to openly share and meet their individual needs; unleashing the passion and potential of the planet.
