Art for Well Being – Art to Inspire
Janey is delighted to offer collage workshops to encourage participants to explore their creativity, experiment with a wide variety of art mediums and create wonderful works of art.
Janey is a professional prop maker with over 30 years experience in theatre, tv and films.
Collage workshops are designed to enhance self confidence and esteem, promote creative expression and provide a socially inclusive and welcoming session. Workshops are designed to engage specific ages or skill sets and include adults, older people, family groups and children. All welcome – from beginners to experienced practitioners and everyone in between. Sessions can be delivered in many types of venues such as community and day centres, retail venues, corporate settings, third sector organisations and private groups.

Rest assured, Janey is an experienced creative practitioner with an Enhanced DBS check, Safeguarding policy and procedures and public liability insurance.

- Barber Shop ChroniclesInua Ellams play leaps from Peckham to Johannesburg, Harare, Kampala, Lagos and Accra to show how African men gather in barber shops to discuss women, fatherhood, football, politics and the state of the world. The image puts the audience right in the barber chair, with the title handpainted on the wall in the style of the barber shop signs found in Africa.
