• In-house design team within a FTSE 250 company. Inherited a team of three designers, which grew to eleven, and managed an annual budget of £500k. • The team produced, on a monthly basis, around eighty marketing campaigns/ publications/brochures and fifty to sixty tenders/bid documents/proposals worth anything from around £50k to £3m. • Project managed and designed creative collateral for global events including exhibition stands/event programmes/branded gifts – within budget and all deadlines met. Events took place in North/Central/South America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East and were attended by delegates from all around the world. • Developed and implemented professional studio processes which created an efficient and transparent environment. Key Achievements Studio Workflow System • 2015 Designed and developed bespoke studio workflow and management system ‘TRAX’, loosely based on off-the-shelf systems such as Traffic and Streamtime. A year long project adding value to studio process with an annual saving of £20k. Brand Update • 2014 Led an internal team involved in the update of the JLT brand. Worked closely with brand consultants on designs to be used across all print/web media, along with production of brand guidelines and templates, which were rolled out globally to all JLT Group businesses worldwide. Global Rebrand • 2009 Led an internal team involved in the design and implementation of a global JLT rebrand. Worked closely with brand consultants on the design of a final logo to be used across all print/web media, along with production of brand guidelines and templates, which were rolled out globally to all JLT Group businesses worldwide. Promotion to Partner of JLT • 2008 In-House Print Service • 2007 By lobbying senior managers and presenting to the board, was instrumental in developing in-house print services which dramatically improved the quality and consistency of print. Managed the tender process, appointed a service provider, and led regular SLA review meetings. Huge savings generated and the service is now London PLC wide.
