The Infinitely Xara Group, comprises of The Xara Palace Relais and Chateaux boutique hotel, the DeMondion, Medina, Palazzo de Piro, and Trattoria AD 1530 restuarants, and the Xara Lodge, a wedding venue.
Duties:
- Managing and coordinating events in a responsible and timely manner
- Liasing with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements and ensuring excellent customer service
- Negotiation of prices, both with clients and suppliers
- Issuing of function orders
- Creating and maintaining office and client files
- Creating and maintaining weekly sales performance sheet
- Assisting and supporting the Sales department with various marketing and administrative tasks
- Contributing with content writing for website and liasing with designer
