In addition to the duties I had in my previous position I ensured that all the health and safety, and fire prevention measures were in place as well as the pub being compliant with the premises license.
Receiving and controlling large bookings and venue hire. Liaising with third parties to cater to the needs of particular functions such as weddings and birthdays and events eg. gigs and themed parties.
Carrying out maintenance and liaising with contractors on bigger jobs.
Devising strategies for increasing sales and revenue.
