The panel thought that Jasmine had a very strong voice and that her work could be translated across a number of different platforms. It was high quality, innovative and captured the spirit of UK Young Artists.
AWARD PRIZE:
The prize given will be an opportunity to participate in the UK Young Artists City Takeover: Nottingham 19 as well as a commission to develop a memento to celebrate the event, which will be for sale to the public. Nottingham 19 offers significant profile for the winner work as well as the opportunity to network with other young artists nationally and internationally who work across a range of disciplines.
AWARDS CRITERIA:
The UK Young Artists Associate Prize will be given to a young artist under the age of 30 whose work is provocative and demonstrates a strong unique voice with quality in making and ideas that can translate well into a commercial commission.
