About me
I’m an Event Manager with 10+ years of hands-on experience working in live events with clients such as Cirque Du Soleil, BBC and Cartier. I founded my own experiential events company in 2011, bringing one-off cinematic events to unique spaces. Producing these sell-out shows triggered the beginning of my ambitious career in events spanning outdoor spaces, world class venues and most recently adapting to online platforms in order to continue creating unforgettable experiences.
Projects
- One Young World Opening Ceremony 2019Royal Albert Hall Event Manager - One Young World's Summit Opening Ceremony took place at the Royal Albert Hall in October 2019, with a number of high profile guests and speakers including Sadiq Khan and The Duchess of Sussex. A multi-act show including an aerialist travelling through the arena on the heliosphere ballon as well as a flag bearing ceremony featuring more than 190 countries.
- Onside Awards 2019Royal Albert Hall Event Manager - OnSide Youth Zones Charity in conjunction with TBI media produced their first Award Ceremony at the Royal Albert Hall in November 2019. A free event with an audience of invited guests only, including members of the youth zones and their friends and families. An important part of my role on this event was coordinating the arrival of 2000 young people and their families who arrived to the hall on coaches, and managing the safe movement of those people and coaches

A client facing role managing and delivering world-class events from contract through to delivery.
- I successfully manage all venue operational logistics for a multitude of complex events including OnSide 2019, BAFTA Film Awards 2018 & 2019 and Teenage Cancer Trust Concerts 2017, 2018 & 2019.
- I am responsible for successfully planning RAH productions from concept through to delivery, including holding overall responsibility for the production budget, resourcing the event and engaging technical suppliers.
- I work collaboratively with creative producers to realise the vision of events at the hall and ensure they are executed to the highest level.
- As a result of working with companies such as TBI Media, Livewire and WhizzKid TV, I have experience of interfacing with a variety of broadcasting teams and a strong understanding of their role within the event.
- During every project I am responsible for managing relationships with visiting production personnel and internal departments to overcome clashing objectives and ensure efficient scheduling against tight timelines.
- For each event I am responsible for holding the H&S file to to ensure that clients and contractors are compliant. I dynamically manage risks, produce RAMS and CDM phase plans and supervise event builds for complex events such as Cirque Du Soleil and English National Ballet.
- Through working alongside specialist lighting, audio and rigging colleagues, as well as a multitude of external suppliers, I have developed a strong knowledge in technical production.
