In connection with my collection for my final major project, I had the opportunity to visit China and make contacts with places that specialize in fashion fabrics, trimming markets, fake leather/fur companies where famous brands source fabrics from, as well as print companies. It was a great occasion to experience the whole process of making a fashion collection, making the best possible choices depending on the budget that was set and a great challenge to communicate with often non-English speakers and aim for the best possible outcome.
