I am a hardworking, determined and motivated individual who is able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines as well very adaptable to all challenging situations. Having studied Computer Science, it helped to define my knowledge in the technology world we live in today. With technological advances user experience is a must, perceiving the behavioural patterns within the service or product. Whilst working in Kantar Retail it allowed me to explore the relationship with the customer and the retailer, allowing to achieve a better customer experience. Working in a collaborative team, I develop both printed and digital content to promote the services that Kantar Retail provides. Through design briefs I work closely with the consultants and the clients such as Bacardi, Mondelez, Arla, MARS through visual communication and physical designs. Creating content I use a wide range of software as such Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. My duties include video editing, icon design, brochure design and presentation design.
I provided the client web design layouts, finding out the latest trends that will benefit the client. With the use of Photoshop I created a template that will act as a skeleton helping me to position and layout what I need to code with the use of HTML and CSS. When building the website I make sure my coding is clean and understandable. This is where I use a CMS that will help maintain the website through clients. On the side I help do SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) to improve the client’s visibility on the web, using specific keywords that will be on top of competitors.
