Responsibilities included:
• Continually drive the content strategy, focussed on giving an incremental reason to visit and an enhanced visit, as well as increasing natural search traffic, converting visitors and retaining existing customers

• Manage the day to day running of content for Dunelm.com/extra, SofasWorld.co.uk, Modern.co.uk, Achicanow.com, Officesupermarket.co.uk, Bedroomworld.co.uk and Worldstores.co.uk
• Hiring, training and management of Content Assistant & Content team
• Overseeing a team of content editors to create large numbers of new product listings for our websites by compiling detailed and accurate copy

• Proofing - to ensure high standards of new product content are displayed throughout our sites
• Maintaining the websites present look and keeping track of page loading times
• Maintaining the websites mobile format, making sure it is user friendly and easy to navigate
• Working with all key stakeholders of the business on a daily basis including Trading, UX and I.T teams
• Working with trading teams to bring in new products and set tight deadlines to meet monthly targets
• Working closely with the “Achica” brand which has recently been acquired by Worldstores, to create new promotions and a new layout of their website.
• Product data management and site checks: to ensure all products have the correct images, descriptions and pricing on all devices
• Improving product imagery using Photoshop for new and existing products
• Updating site landing pages using HTML and Adobe Dreamweaver
