- Light, compose, photograph, crop and process a wide range of editorial work according to
Naked’s standards and directives.
- Maintain and oversee proper file management.
- Assist with image review, markup, editing, and approvals.
- Work with our creative team to identify and document new image requirements, standards,
techniques and workflows to improve both the efficiencies and the quality of Naked’s DNA
- Advise and assist on production and scheduling needs.
- Assist with ensuring the consistency of lighting and composition across all product categories.
- Share responsibility for proper care, upkeep, and maintenance of the photo studio workspace, equipment & supplies.
- Take a lead role in the execution of special projects as needed both on-site and off-site.

As a Shoot Coordinator I work with the Stylist and Photographer to produce, direct and edit the best possible imagery. My day to day role consists of deciding on a hair, make up, pose, look and feel direction for each brand of clothing you are shooting and converting all of those ingredients into world class e-commerce imagery that is on brand and achieves target.
The role:
- Liaise with Retouching/Photography department on morning lighting tests
- Oversee the prepping process of Shoot Assistants and Stylists morning and afternoon and ensuring the shoot will flow in the most efficient way possible
- Establish a high level of communication with photographer and stylist regarding model and product prior to start of shoot – decide on hair, make up, look, feel and attitude for the product/brand you are shooting
- Reference lookbook’s, campaigns and benchmark imagery for brand image consistency
- Ensure product prioritisation of shooting on set
- Work with the photographer and stylist to edit all imagery to represent the brand but to always appeal to the ASOS 20-something customer
- Ensure that all image sets are regularly uploaded according to the set time frames
- Achieve shoot target of 60 products per day in your individual studios – manage your team that day to do everything possible to ensure you achieve target
- Ensure all required products are catwalked/videoed
- Prepare an email summary of the days shoot for review and distribute to department
- Maintain a professional and productive working environment
- Establish and maintain close relations with the Shoot Operations, Model Booking and Retouching teams
- Developing ways in which to keep shoots fresh and aspirational, working with Senior Stylists to maintain their vision and communicate this to permanent and freelance team member
