Monitor and report on supplier performance, including delivery delays, quality issues, and cost increases
Manage the logistics of international shipments, including coordination with customs brokers and freight forwarders
Analyse data on supplier performance and market trends to make recommendations for process improvements and cost savings
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to gather market intelligence and identify new suppliers
Work with finance and accounting teams to manage budgets for sourcing and supply chain activities

Perform administrative work (answering phones, paperwork, communicating with other departments etc.)
Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
Maintaining production records, ensuring all items are logged appropriately
Print and distribute daily paperwork
Running large amounts of jewellery and diamonds from office to office
Maintain inventory of production supplies and materials, and reorder as needed
Prepare and organize materials for use in production, such as metals, stones, and findings
Troubleshoot problems that may arise during the production process and work with the team to find solutions
