About me
Hi ! I'm a Berlin-based UI/UX Designer.
After a bachelor in human sciences and a master degree in communication, advertisement and media, I built an expertise in design through 7 years of creative and entrepreneurial experience. I benefit from a keen sense of collaboration thanks to my involvement in different organisations and contexts (studio, agencies, start up, freelance…) across different cultures and countries (France, Malaysia, Lithuania, Germany …) following various methodologies (scrum/agile, holacracy, user centric..) I a able to take on a project at any stage of the production process. To carry out my assignments successfully, I develop my own set of tools and methods for research and cooperation (workshops, usability testing sessions, brand attributes matrix, brandscape…)
Even if I’m able to tackle a broad set of tasks, I have two current focuses : - Product UX (Requirement engineering / MVP scope, user research / testing, prototyping / user flows, personas / behavioural profiling..) Product UI and branding ( Logo design, brand identity and guidelines, UI kit / consistency, mood boards…) ___ My motive lies in addressing creatively human problems.
I first took a creative path out of curiosity and kinship with the field. Over time and experiences, I discovered more than I had imagined. 7 years of experience involving various fields, continents and organisations, made me realize how much current challenges require design thinking and methodologies. My work philosophy has thus become a human centred and holistic approach, answering three major ideas.

 • Always seek the optimal solution By „optimal“ I mean taking in all the parameters and constraints of the people and the situations I’m involved with, rather than imposing what I think is best, or what I would like to do. This also means acknowledging what is possible to undertake and what is not. It calls for structure and flexibility at the same time.
• There is no ego in design. Dialog, exchange, and understanding are paramount to a successful project. Anyone will always know something we don’t. It also means everyone has different lenses and comprehension of a problem. As a designer, I champion this role of a listener/translator in order to facilitate merging the team’s opinions into greater results.
•  Carry positive change. „If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change“ - Ghandi  Technology influences our lives inevitably. Therefore tech individuals, especially designers, need to take into consideration the impact of their work on the society and try their best to deliver features and experiences as beneficial as possible.
I hope my profile, views, and experiences will meet your interests and requirements. If so, reach out for me !

This experience was definitely one of its kind.
The company was purpose driven and organised according to holacracy ( an experimental horizontal hierarchical structure). This took the strategic focus to a whole different level.
It was a great context to grow as a professional, but also as a person.

 • User-centred design approach for multiple user roles and a wide range of devices and interfaces • Applying the full spectrum of tools of a UX designer : Personas, user feedback, user research, drawing user journeys and user flows, on boarding optimisation…
• Animating a design culture through collaborative tools and workshops
