On recent completion of a qualification of Hospitality, I have gained immense customer service experience through work placements, internships and through running my own events but have also gained retail experience in the last year primarily working in the beauty industry. During my time at Lush I received an abundance of training on developing the customer experience and developing my own character in becoming a people person which I feel like is now natural to me. I am currently studying A Levels in History of Art, Graphics and Textiles and hope to go on to study Fashion Communication & Promotion or Visual Culture.
Duties include: ● Having strong product knowledge including ingredients and brand values ● Giving detailed consultations to customers based on their needs explained to me ● Creative direction for the Lush Watford social media accounts ● Visual Merchandising ● Handling cash ● Managing stock flow and numbers ● Managing conversion of visitor into customer ● Opening and closing the store ● Processing deliveries
