I am organised, love preparation (I never assume). I strive for my work to be innovative and fresh, I feel there’s an importance in being able to appeal to a selected demographic. My duties vary from general PR role to; assisting directors, managing diaries, organising logistical operations, liaising with customers face to face, assessing client needs and managing expectations, developing B2B strategies, google analytics, designing marketing literature (use of adobe), as well as handling social media accounts. I have recently helped develop a new system for our back of house, enabling us to track and manage all assets, thus improving company efficiency and precision. Ensuring projects are completed to a high standard whilst working to budgets and deadlines. Overall my duties within this role are diverse and demanding, however, I love a challenge and thrive in a fast paced environment.
My role as Co-ordinator was to develop and oversee regional partnerships, managing a team of 30+ promotional staff, health and safety (including risk assessments), payroll, as well as event and project management. This role evolved when we launched the new radio station - Heart 105.4 in the North West region - with this I gained much more responsibility ranging from daily updates of our social media accounts across all brands to conducting quarterly plans and analysed monthly KPI’s, leading to my promotion as Brand Assistant.
Duties involved managing various partnerships and clients. Looking after multiple brands simultaneously and organising campaigns -from conception to execution (both ATL and BTL). Partook in station meetings, where creative brainstorms took place - Leading presentations for ideas, analysing KPI’s and collating data to implement in our marketing strategies. As a marketeer I understand how important moving forward digitally is, especially in regards to social media. I have a good knowledge and understanding of multi media platforms. I also managed our CRM updates and provided weekly statistics to the teams. Constantly working within budgets as well as hitting targets and deadlines.
