Account managing clients such as T Brand Studio -at The New York Times, Philips, Enterprise, Ogilvy. Bidding on new business and putting together budgets, often for shoots worldwide. Co-ordinating and working alongside freelance producers to ensure the smooth running of projects and most efficient use of resources. Researching- story mining, sourcing props and cast alongside the creative team. Booking and managing crew and international travel with kit and carnets. Call sheets, Expenses, Release Forms, Insurance and all other production paperwork. Post producing directly with the client through the edit and online process through to final delivery. Whilst not directly attached to a project I would be working on internal processes such as workflow pipelines, HR, data management including LTO 6 Archiving and Software implementation.
