I am responsible for creating and implementing the Group's marketing strategy and headed up GDPR to ensure compliance across the group. My role involves: Managing the entire marketing function for Thorns and its sister company YouCan Hire. Campaign planning through a variety of media including online, magazines and exhibitions Managing and reviewing relationships with external agencies including design, print and SEO Managing daily admin including social media activity Monitoring daily online conversion rates with the sales support team Analyse and report on monthly web analytics providing recommendations on how to improve the website and visitor journey to encourage higher traffic volumes and transactions Content creation for the company website, social media and features in industry magazines Website management to include product and content updates, and continuous improvements for the visitor based on secret shopping exercises and feedback. Run and manage PPC campaigns with our digital agency.
