- Saying NO to Stagnation! It's one thing to be still and it's another thing to be stagnant. Last year I had to sit in stillness and a lot of the times from the outside looking in, this can look like you're not "grinding", but I had to really hear what God was saying to me clearly; sometimes coming out of this and putting things into action can be nerve-racking and then lead to stagnation. But I'm saying NO to stagnation! Check out my reel here: https://www.instagram.com/reel/C2sZ4nztSzN/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link I

I worked in a studio alongside with other photographers, models, makeup artists and other creatives.
Working consisted of setting up the studio, studio equipment/backdrops/lights for shoots for the day or for photographers whom hired out the studio. As I was with other in-house photographers, we would shoot models (this portrayed the uniqueness of our style of shooting). Additionally, I would edit any images on the side using Photoshop or Lightroom. At the end of the day, we would tidy up the studio and ensure all equipment is switched off and nothing is misplaced or in the way.
I conducted my project in the studio. In order for that to be a success, I had to create a model casting which I uploaded to my Instagram, communication was very important and the ability to follow my vision stuck with me throughout my journey of finding models to participate in my project.
Overall, my photography skills and editing skills has enhanced rapidly, and I believe that I am highly capable of shooting for other businesses that may need a photographer.

I am currently studying Photography. I love that I have the opportunity to enhance my photography schools within the practical and theoretical side of photography. This way I am able to participate in different areas of photography, different softwares and apply skills to my photography. I admire the fact that I have the access to the use of the studio, which has a number of studio equipment and lighting and I also have access to using the darkroom to process film.
