Coordinating and managing the requirement for all accommodation at the festival, this ranged from volunteers, guests, artists, crew, and authorities. Accommodation ranged from tents, bunkhouses, hotels and guest houses! This was a huge task managing budget, ascertaining moveable requirements, researching accommodation, allocating and communicating the resources.
