      • Unicorn Events were an ​award winning​, ​global​ events agency based in London and New York. I was a ​project manager, ​leading on creating a number of shared experiences by telling my client’s brand ​stories​ through large scale ​conferences​, ​incentives​ and​ brand activations​ to connect to their audiences. My clients’ industries ranged from technology and hospitality to law and pharmaceutical brands. My day to day tasks included; planning and tracking project progress, compiling and updating live event decks, sourcing and managing suppliers, leading junior members of the team as well as handling logistics of event-coordination and travel. All before leading the onsite team for the event delivery and finishing by reconciling budgets, and conducting project reviews with clients. Projects included: - Incentive ​in Paris for 40 nominated winners with their partners for Extreme Networks - Sales kick off ​roadshow​ for 300 delegates in both Belfast & Vienna for IHG - Conference for over ​500​ delegates with ancillary meetings and events in London for Showpad - First time EMEA ​conference​ for global law firm, GQ Littler, for 120 attendees & ​securing​ the repeat event for 2020 Areas of responsibility: - Account Management​ by supporting potential new business opportunities and the development of expand relationships with current accounts - Client management​ - leading regular client calls and meetings updating them on the progress of projects - End to end​ ​project management​ from pitch to delivery, involving producing project plans and timelines, compiling proposals, reviewing contracts, managing budgets and completing event workbooks - Proposal management​ – leading on ​client briefs​ and proposals for events within the portfolio - Event Design​ by working with production teams from ​concept​ to creation - Event Management​ of all event logistics including crew and delegate travel, transfers, accommodation room blocks, management of onsite team - Delegate management​ & event website creation across multiple platforms including Aventri & Bizaboo
