I manage and deliver major learning and communication projects for large multinational organisations. I deliver a wide range of engagement projects, including videos, animation, e-learning, infographics, brand identities and printed collateral.
An experienced instructional designer, copywriter, technical writer, quality assurer and project manager. I have managed and delivered conception to production for a full spectrum of creative products for global audiences.
I employ rigorous budget tracking, project planning and quality assurance practices as well as ensuring robust versioning control.
I am adept at forming strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders. I thrive on building lasting and trusting relationships with my teams and am an empathetic leader and colleague. In a recent organisation-wide survey on internal influencers, I received most votes to questions regarding interaction, energy and help and advice.
As deputy business manager, I have commercial responsibilities including line management, budgeting, forecasting and client relationship management. As with the project manager role, this means I work directly with our CEO and global leadership team on a daily basis.
