Projects
- Barbican Creative HubWith a budget of £3.7Million, this features the refurbishament of a Grade II historic building in central Lincoln, opposite the train station, reinvesting with life for it to become a much needed creative hub for the City and the region. When I joined, the building was derelict, peppered with the remnants of its past lives as a hotel, gentlemans club and restaurant.
