• Management - Managed the creative calendar across three brands including campaign planning, design work across web, print, social media, and video, and calling upon marketing execs or freelancers for any overflow.
• Motion Graphics - Regularly produced innovative, unique, and engaging video content to attract customers and increase brand awareness of Daisy Comms.
• Evolution - Constantly looked at new ways to evolve the brand over time, including rebranding the business, expanding my skillset to web and video, researching the latest in design trends, and communicating best design practices to the team.
• Education - Regularly trained marketing execs in design skills and how to use the Adobe CC Suite in order to streamline the flow of jobs.
• Achievement - Won the Daisy Stars Achievement Award for my hard work during FY2018/19.
