Helped launch the HBC Creative COE, led the creative and oversaw rebranding and elevation of the Lord and Taylor and Hudson’s Bay brands. Managing a team of 25 art directors, copywriters, designers and producers across 2 countries and leading all campaign development for branding and seasonal campaigns in digital, social media, and print.
Freelance Creative September 2014 - March 2015. Worked with founder developing concepts for Ermengildo Zegna Couture, Versace, Miu Miu, Trademark, Elie Tahari, and Emilio Pucci.
Responsible for all marketing creative, and implementation of corporate rebranding of the company. I managed a yearly budget of 2.4 million dollars and oversaw a staff of 13 art directors, copywriters, graphic designers, and production artists, as well as directed the branding, TV, and design agencies on all creative in the areas of digital, print, and television. I brought my contact list of photographers, directors, and fashion stylists to elevate the brand and create compelling stories around the brand. In addition, I worked directly with our licensee partners Vera Wang, Oleg Cassini, and Zac Posen to create separate experiences around each brand.
