As a self-taught photographer, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of editing techniques and retouching principles - specialising in beauty, fashion and landscapes with an eagerness to gain more work in other areas. My ten years of photography experience have allowed me to master various editing software, including Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, as well as develop an exceptional eye for composition, colour grading, and image manipulation.
In my freelance career as a colourist, I honed my skills in post-production, collaborating with filmmakers, producers, and photographers to bring their artistic visions to life. From student films to commercial short forms, fashion films, series pilots, and short films, I have gained diverse project experience that showcases my ability to adapt to different styles and genres. Moreover, this journey had provided me with valuable insights into the post-production industry, where I worked as an edit assistant, further refining my technical proficiencies, like the ability to manage multiple camera colour spaces and ensuring the correct delivery for each desired display format.
