At Zone, I work within agile multidisciplinary teams to build product and services for our clients, such as Electrolux, Aviva, Genomics England (NHS), PRS for Music, and the UK Government
I'm passionate about bringing lean principals to these teams, so that we can build great experiences for their users. This includes, but is not limited to, guerrilla testing new features, creating pen portraits, and sketching ideas in co-creation workshops.

Having worked across a number of challenges, from optimising existing solutions, to significant work across the touch points of a client’s cross-channel marketing platform. - Collaborative approach to UX design and research, feeding into the development of the overall process.
- Making connections across the diverse agency team and being a strong advocate of user-centred design.
- Running workshops and interactive sessions to get the most out of clients, colleagues and users.
- Consistently delivering a high standard of UX design across a range of channels and deliverables.

MDes Experience DesignSamsung Art and Design Institute

Thesis completed in collaboration with Product Design & Research Centre (PDR - http://pdronline.co.uk/) to develop four kitchen product design opportunities by analysing and comparing the South Korean and UK kitchen markets. This involved conducting multiple quantitative and qualitative studies in both countries, then analysing the data to derive new opportunities for innovation.
Completed this course in August 2014 with semester 1 at Cardiff Metropolitan University and semester 2 and 3 at Samsung Art and Design Institute. Receiving full postgraduate scholarship from both institutions.

Designed a blood transfusion device for paediatric patients & an indoor rabbit play system; both with a heavy emphasis on deriving commercially viable innovation through contextual probes and ethnographic research with a variety of target users. Also wrote a dissertation to investigate the sustainability of single use medical devices with a case study into laryngoscopes.
