Responsible for 3 main pillars: People, Environment and Culture. This included employee wellbeing / HR, office environment (office fit out/rebrand) and all health and safety requirements.
Key Achievements:
- Managed the transition of all employees from an office based working environment to home offices following the COVID-19 pandemic. This included facilitating office equipment moves, remote software upgrades on all machines, operational policy reviews and general wellbeing check ins with all members of the team.
Junior Brand and Strategy ManagerMATTA

Responsible for full management and delivery of campaigns for International clients such as FIBA (basketball), PSV Eindhoven (football), ATP Tour (tennis) and World Rugby, as well as UK clients such as Premiership Rugby. The role required me to utilise a matrix management style covering multiple departments in order to develop concepts through from ideation, refinement, delivery, and finally de-briefing and reviews for a variety of campaigns including branding, ticket driving and football kit launch projects.
Key Achievements:
- Led a successful project team through strategic alignment, concept creation, production and delivery of 3 European football club kit launches for 2018/19 season.
- Led the branding project for a new global basketball development programme for FIBA (basketball). - Significant contribution to regaining Premiership Rugby as a retained client for the 2019/20 season.
