    Homelands - Part of HOME MCR's Homemakers SeriesHomelands was an interactive digital and physical project, created during the first lockdown, exploring what happens when everything you know has been turned upside down. Participants were thrown into the centre of an imagined world and asked to creatively respond to the upheaval they found themselves in. Each member of Plaster Cast created an original fictional world and recorded an audio feature to provide the participants with an introduction to the world they had selected. We then wrote 10

    • Responsible for ensuring the show runs to time each night. • Acting as point of contact for acts on the night. • Aided the club through the transition from 3 nights a week to 7 nights a week, programming nightly shows and booking comics. • Took sole responsibility for the club while the owner was away for a month. • Launched Hatched a monthly New Act Night to provide opportunities for progression across the Manchester scene alongside a monthly New Material Night for pro and semi-pro acts. • Track club finances nightly. • Uploading social content to Instagram and responding to DMs. • Assisted with set up for filming for Larry Dean's special.
