• Regularly in contact with all influencer and journalist contacts to confirm receipt of samples and to confirm expected dates for social media and online features.
• Arranging couriers to collect and distribute PR packages on key calendar dates for themed product launches such as Halloween.
• Regularly feeding back all press coverage and features to clients as soon as published.
• Monthly Coverage Reports – Regularly updating individual client specific coverage reports as new features and coverage is published to collate all coverage in chronological order. Including supporting imagery, key information and publication UMU/Circulation data/or number of active followers on social media.
• Tracking and updating all upcoming coverage leads for clients within their monthly coverage reports.
• Sending up to date coverage reports to all clients at the end of each month.
• Creating digital content used for promotion on social media posts and stories on clients Instagram profiles using Canva and Mojo.
