Head of Brand & Creative Hub
I head up our Creative Team (10 people), and am responsible for all branded output for the UK's #1 SME insurance provider. This includes our internal and external communications, all copy, advertising and marketing content, PR materials and so on.
Key to my role is supporting our executive team (from CEO to contact centre director), ensuring they're comfortable with our approach, and that as a brand we're on-message 24/7.

Whilst still overseeing the week to week content output for Simply Business, in this role I set strategy and budgets for 2015, in line with our wider business growth objectives.
Working closely with our Head of marketing and Chief customer officer (CCO), I was responsible for hitting our commercial objectives, whilst safeguarding the brand and enhancing the creative.
My background in copy was perhaps the biggest asset, here.
