About me
With over 4 years print design industry experience and a First-Class design degree, I am actively seeking new employment opportunities to further my career within textile design. My skills and attributes would be best placed in a print design role for fashion or interiors. Highly passionate for the textiles industry, I have a keen eye for trends, colour and repeat pattern with a versatile design style. With proven commercial experience across varied target markets and product sectors, I am confident in creating hand-drawn and digital designs, colour separations and using textile software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and AVA. During my degree at the University of Leeds, I graduated with First Class Honours in BA (Hons) Textile Design (Industrial) and undertook an industrial placement year at Digetex. Since graduating, I have been committed to building my career within the textiles industry, having also worked as a Print Design Assistant for Project AF, Pentex Ltd., undertaken an internship at JRC and freelanced for both Bunker Mentality and Collecting Colour.
