    Marketing Assistant
     - London, United KingdomFreelance
I was approached by Yinka to provide marketing advice for the Signature Fragrance brand. The brief was to give direction on creating a monthly newsletter for the Signature Fragrance brand and to suggest some ideas on what sort of content they should be including in it. I produced a mini marketing report unique to the brand that included analysis of the industry and market, ways to push brand awareness and content ideas for the newsletter. I used Mintel for background research and analysed their consumers to gain an insight into the luxury market. The outcome included targeted marketing strategies and ways they could push their brand effectively. The report was in-depth and specific, created solely to benefit Signature Fragrances and to help in establishing a monthly newsletter.

I was required to write about the event and support the London Fashion Weekend Press Team through their social media and assist them in pushing content. I spent all four days at the event learning behind the scenes what it takes to run such an established event and how the PR and events team works. I was also given an insight into their marketing and promotion and I learnt a great deal about the industry through this experience. I was able to network and make strong contacts whilst being professional, reliable and creative in all aspects of my role.

Voicing my opinions and improving certain aspects of school life as well as giving speeches, leading assemblies and representing the college at a number of public events such as the annual business dinner and the Sunday remembrance parade.
