    Communicating with artists/students/experts and translating that into writing (statements, opinion pieces, press, social media, artwork and exhibition descriptions) for print in magazines, exhibition decal and handouts. •Taking on extra projects: researching and art writing for ‘InPages’, independent art book store and publishers. Research included sourcing independent publishers from across the world from London, Bangkok, Italy and Kuala Lumpur for (bi-monthly art book showcases). •Contacting publishers, selecting publications, limited edition zines, prints and art books for the showcase events. •Arranging efficient transportation of art books and zines, juggling schedules and organising consignment with multiple publishers in different time zones. • Editing: international art fair proposals, art writing, interviews, copywriting to strict deadlines. • Contributing creative ideas and handling day-to-day office tasks •Directly working with international artists and writers. Assessing their needs, clarifying concepts, helping a team come together to produce a unified vision, maintaining and building upon client-gallery relations. •Exhibition preparation Working as part of a team to put up shows for both local and international artists working in a variety of mediums; photography, videography etc. Handled shipping, unpacking, initial set up and hanging, as well as day-to-day maintenance. •Independently securing sponsors for opening nights and assisting with building press relations. • Completing gallery administrative tasks:updating records and ensuring all stock was regularly accounted for, and in good condition. •Maintaining social media presences of both companies by engaging with each of their different demographics,following up with online communities and successfully ensuring events were well attended and companies were represented favourably. • Assisting the gallery in a transitional re-branding stage. • Conducting artist research for private collectors,compiling artist information into succinct biographies.
