About me
Following graduating with a 1st Class Degree in English Literature at the University of York I am looking for new and exciting challenges and opportunities to learn more about the incredibly varied and dynamic world of work around me. Whilst I have secured a place to undertake the Graduate Law conversion at the University of Law in September 2019, I am interested in exploring different career avenues, particularly in the technological and media sectors, which are my passions.

I recently graduated with a First Class Honours in English Literature, following three years of study at the University of York. Not only did I engage my academic interest at university, but also took on numerous positions of responsibility in relation to my studies, my college, and my extracurricular activities. I acted as the English Literature Course Representative in my second year, the Volunteer Representative for Derwent College in my final year, and the Vice Captain of Derwent Womens' Football Society for two years. These roles enhanced my experience by allowing me to make tangible changes to the day to day running of my department and college, and to make lasting friendships with a diverse group of people!
