My current position is as a Project Coordinator within the Creative Solutions team at Time Out. Here, it is my responsibility to manage the internal delivery processes of a number of different campaigns at one time, from large-scale multi-media integrated partnerships involving unique events and brand experiences to smaller commercial campaigns, such as print advertorials and microsites. My duties in this regard, include commissioning and managing any commercial processes where involvement from the editorial, design, production and technology operation teams is required, as well as managing the external outsourcing process, ensuring the best service and value and that key deadlines are met. Other responsibilities include managing campaign production costs and ensuring that all projects are delivered within budget, creating time lines, generating reports and communicating key campaign targets, results and deadlines on a regular basis, as well as flagging up potential issues and managing client expectations. I have achieved success in this role by honing my organisational and time management skills, as well as my ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
In 2014 I took the role of Digital Editorial Assistant for the arts and culture company London Calling. My duties here included attending exhibition openings and media events, as well as interviewing high-profile individuals with the responsibility of producing full-length feature articles for publication on the company website. Other responsibilities included managing all social media channels and using a CMS to update the website with original content on a daily basis. Throughout my time at London Calling I managed my own schedule, liaising with press offices and PR companies across the city, scheduling meetings, interviews and press views, as well as overseeing the work of all contributing writers.
