Acting as a brand guardian and created brand assets for those across the business that needed them. - Managed updates on Facebook Workplace across the VCCP Business agencies; uploading regular content and championing the implementation across VCCP Business, working with the wider Marketing teams across VCCP and the Chime Group to share news across the network. - Website management: uploading case studies and news content via sitecore - Researched into new business targets - Compiled and edited case studies for new business pitches, and designed new decks for the new branding - Lent support on new business pitches

First point of contact for theatres needing information about clients eg. writing biogs for press releases. - Responsible for securing commercial jobs for actors from suggestion to completion. Identifying through Spotlight relevant Theatre breakdowns for particular clients. - Processing and reviewing contracts for actors and preparing invoice instructions for jobs such as workshops. Arranging child performance licences for actors with children. Responsible for outgoing post, including remittances, keeping a post book. - Keeping up to date with the seasons at all major national and London theatres, keeping abreast of relationships between directors, writers and casters. Keeping positive communication with all theatres. Building good relationships with casters’ assistants. - Diary management to lead agent, booking travel, balancing expenses and petty cash. Keeping calendar database accurate for all actors interviews and theatre bookings. Arranging theatre auditions and ensuring all actors have the necessary material, briefing actors on what to prepare. - First point of contact in office fielding all phone calls, liaising by phone and email with casters, producers, theatre marketers. Taking availability checks etc, negotiating per diems. - Screening all requests for representation and identifying promising talent to pass onwards. - Attending clients’ shows, understanding their strengths as actors, taking casters to clients’ shows to make introductions and network. - Office management: responsible for all equipment, stationary and food stocking.
