- Assisting Assistant Studio Manager in booking talent (models, photographers, stylists), booking talent in the absence of Assistant Studio Manager ensuring our strongest talent is booked daily to produce strong imagery online
- Styling and shooting up to 50 products a day ensuring outfits are on-trend, on-brand and represent the Harvey Nichols standard and house style
- Managing, monitoring and overseeing reshoots and reporting back to Online Styling manager and Studio Manager. Coordination of reshoots – reduced reshoots by 7% in the past 6 months, assisted in keeping reshoots below 2% for past 6 months
- Liaising with buying, visual merchandising and online team to ensure products are represented correctly and in correct format online
- Produce, develop and continuously reviewing quality of images by producing training guides that resonate Harvey Nichols house style and aesthetic across womenswear, menswear and accessories
- Reviewing daily styling and imagery and hitting daily/weekly/monthly target – overseeing and approving outfits and reviewing quality of images before they are pushed live online
- End to end styling budget control
- Managing and overseeing interns and assistants – producing training guides for assistants and interns ensuring they understand Harvey Nichols standards maximizing productivity and performance (Managed and trained over 20 assistants/interns)
- Supporting Styling Manager in absence by showing leadership amongst team; inspire and inform styling team with relevant research and information to increase performance
