With over eight years of experience across a range of different businesses, I have consistently demonstrated the skills required to deliver creative and high-impact events. I am passionate and driven, implementing projects on time and within often limited budgets, working either independently or as part of a wider team. In my current role as Community Events Lead at WeWork, I manage the delivery of high-quality events for the members of the WeWork Devonshire Square campus and the surrounding community, with the aim to enrich the community and increase overall brand recognition.
-Managing, supporting and executing all community events & activations for the regional market along with related programming & partnerships -Overseeing monthly budgets/payouts and coordinating with stakeholders to submit invoices for promotions & entertainment -Supervising event marketing collateral in order to secure strong RSVP’s and attendance -Writing reports and papers for the board of directors, disclosing event outcomes/proposing change to policy and procedures inline with campus priorities and targets -Handling weekly updates to the Directors and team on marketing efforts and results
- Lead the end-to-end process of each event, ensuring its executed to the highest standards, on time and to budget -Responsible for nurturing dynamic relationships with JLP brands and vendors -Analyse post event and campaign evaluation against set KPIs - Manage multiple long-lead projects from contract negotiation to implementation and deliver Key Achievements -Project-managed the launch of the Smart Set capsule collection including working with the royal household as HRH the Duchess of Sussex attended and spoke at the event -Built and maintained collaborative partnerships with Samsung for the ‘Sunset Cinema’ experiences, along with Google for the ‘Winter Carnival’ Roof Garden in Oxford Street and One Plus for the launch of their new phone
-Create a compelling calendar of unique and stand-out brand events, aligning to the overall customer/marketing plans, with the purpose of increasing brand -Ensure all events were amplified throughout JLP touch points, including window displays, VM, online, social media by working closely with relevant teams -Keep on top of competitor events/activities to implement ideas and best practice Key Achievements -Led the flagship in-store amplification of the 2018 Christmas Advert, ‘The Boy and the piano’ with Sir Elton John, which included reconstructing scenes from the adverts to create an immersive experience for customers. -Planned, created and delivered the Oxford Street Roof Garden from concept to reality. This included sourcing emerging catering vendors from Mac & Wild to Buchies and Nanny Bills, as well as beverage workshops with brands such as Fever Tree and Sipsmith. -Managed from concept to installation ‘The Residence’ in the shops in Oxford Street, Cambridge and Liverpool, which included overseeing teams who supported creativity and marketing/ PR collateral to achieve a world class, unique in-store customer experience.

-Train and develop the Visual Merchandising field team, on the implementation of scheme displays within the UK, Asia and Europe to ensure adherence to the brands standard and guidelines -Sourcing visual props for instore display, for the UK, Europe and Middle East -Travel throughout Europe and the USA to gather market research, to influence brand
