▪ Working with the assigned Production Executives to support the execution of each project, ensuring high quality outputs are delivered on time and within budget. ▪ Review 3rd party budgets, schedules, scripts, timings and health and safety. ▪ To educate vendors on all technical specifications, clocks, and credit requirements and advise on all production technical and business standard operating guidelines to ensure programs meet a high production value. This includes participating in kick off calls during pre-production and tech calls during commencement of edit to educate production companies on Content’s deliverables and technical specifications. ▪ Working with the Production Company to create a tech spec, that will detail, M&E, aspect ratio, frame rate, UHD or HDR, if we are working Dolby vision, Atmos, 5.1... ▪ Be the central point of contact for each assigned production across supporting systems within the Disney + Production Process from Development to Post Production, including being a primary production contact for key technical software such as PIX, Aspera, etc and the content guidelines behind them. ▪ For localisation, watching early review versions and working with the strategy team for global release. This includes, making decisions with higher management regarding our subs or dubs strategy. ▪ Trouble-shoot production issues with third party production companies collaborating with Business Affairs and Legal as needed to reduce TWDC exposure to risk. This may include contracting, releases, rights, risk assessments etc ▪ Regularly update all key Departments and Executives to ensure they have the latest Production information on assigned programming, notifying internal teams of schedule changes throughout production including Marketing, Programming and Operations.
