Throughout my time here, I worked on an extensive range of projects, managing up to 6 campaigns with complex stakeholder groups at any one time From working with Department for Transport producing insights and learning based video content on road safety for 3-16 yr olds, to working with Newham Council to build resilience tools for the young people of Newham. I always ensured the strict policy regulations and government compliance was met for these projects. This required liaising frequently with the client and other key stakeholders, through face-to-face meetings and open lines of communication. With my diligent budget management skills and ability to build strong client rapport, my involvement on international projects with Samsung and British Council led to repeat business. These projects allowed me to have a strong strategic input in both insight and video content, ensuring we delivered a successful project which clearly met the clients' needs. This was evident in their Net Promoter Score responses and also through both Samsung and British Council able to share confidently the insight and content gathered and successfully gain buy in from their stakeholders. As part of the formation of the client services team at Latimer, I was able to play a crucial part in establishing processes. Key achievements - Won company awards for commitment and team player of the year - During my time as account manager I contributed to the 43 point increase on the company's NPS score - Contributed towards the 50% of returning business which was re-commissions or referrals
