I was hired as Head of Delivery for RotaCloud to establish company-wide processes to ensure simultaneously, multiple projects were delivered on time, benefits were realised, KPIs were implemented, ownership and responsibilities were understood, cross-department communications were established and efficiencies were created and maintained.
- Implemented Agile & Scrum methodologies across the company, acted as Scrum Master and charied all Agile ceremonies across three development teams.
- Redesigned and implemented new project lifecycles for the company, enabling them to manage multiple projects and priorities. This included tailor-made new workflows and permissions within Jira across three development teams, establishing company-wide severity and priority definitions, creating document templates for each stage of the process and building a formalised UAT process.
- Created and established pre-development and post-development processes to ensure features were ready for development, KPIs were written and tracked, marketing activities were in place and post-launch support was ready.
