    I was hired as Head of Delivery for RotaCloud to establish company-wide processes to ensure simultaneously, multiple projects were delivered on time, benefits were realised, KPIs were implemented, ownership and responsibilities were understood, cross-department communications were established and efficiencies were created and maintained. - Implemented Agile & Scrum methodologies across the company, acted as Scrum Master and charied all Agile ceremonies across three development teams. - Redesigned and implemented new project lifecycles for the company, enabling them to manage multiple projects and priorities. This included tailor-made new workflows and permissions within Jira across three development teams, establishing company-wide severity and priority definitions, creating document templates for each stage of the process and building a formalised UAT process. - Created and established pre-development and post-development processes to ensure features were ready for development, KPIs were written and tracked, marketing activities were in place and post-launch support was ready. - Worked with Co-Founder to determine how high-level features were prioritised and allocated on the product roadmap. - Chaired all project status meetings with relevant stakeholders and produced relevant project reports. Key achievement: - Produced tailor-made processes that provided company-wide visibility on the priorities, key dates and order of delivery. Generated clearer cross-departmental communication and project expectations.

Delivering an average of 10 new apps and/or app updates each month, along with regular backend releases. - Worked closely with top-level management at the likes of AEG Europe, Tottenham Hotspur to deliver their projects. This included leading the project kick-off meetings and weekly catch-up calls. - Establish company-wide processes to ensure multiple projects could run simultaneously.
